2013 STREET STOCK RULES
(Any visiting cars that don't comply with NFS track rules will be required to add weight)

1. BODY: Any 1970 thru 1995 production sedan, completely stock except for the following options:
Must have full stock firewall or replacement firewall of equal or thicker steel must be magnetic steel, FULL FIREWALL!!
Must have floor board to rear of driver's seat.
May close in driver compartment, Must have a 12 inch inspection hole on passengers side of deck.
Fender wells may be cut for tire clearance.
Bodies may be hulled.
Removal of dash permitted.
Uni body may be tied together with 6 inch overlap of existing stock frame rails.
Trunk must be sealed from driver's compartment.
No sharp edges.
No lowering of roofs or bodies.
Driver's seat must be in stock OEM location, No seats sitting on or close to wheel tub.
May run rear spoiler maximum 6 inch X 60 inch, no side spoiler.
May run aftermarket nose piece must match body.
Minimum 6 inch frame height.
May run outside door rub bars not to exceed 1 inch in diameter, must angle ends in ward, don't abuse this rule as it can change.
Must have bars in front of driver minimum of 4.
May run after market body may be steel or aluminum, roof and hood may be steel Aluminum, or fiberglass, may use performance bodies part # PBO18X001 for Camero, check with the track as to what other bodies will be allowed in this class.

2. Wheel base: Minimum 101 inch, wheel base must match body style, no shortened full size frames on metric bodies, notching frame for fuel pump safety clearance only.

3. Weight: 3000lbs after race with driver.


4. Chassis: Must remain completely stock , except for the following options, may relocate top A-frames, may use tubular upper control arm (must be stock length for chassis being used) racing springs allowed, coil for coil leaf for leaf, sliders allowed on rear leaf spring cars, lowering blocks allowed, wedge bolts allowed on coil spring cars rear only, shocks any welded steel shock, split valve ok, rebuildable ok, may run extension on left rear only, may run outboard shock on front only, Under slung rear chassis OK. Must retain stock trailing arms, NO swedge tubes or hiem joints, NO J-bars, NO Pan hard or tracking bars.

5. Sway bars: any sway bar not to exceed 1 ¼ inch in diameter, must be mounted in the factory frame horn mounts may be polyurethane, ends must be mounted in the stock type end links, may be polyurethane, No adjustable sway bar end links.

6. All chassis must be metric for metric and chevelle for chevelle NO cutting down full size chassis to fit metric body.

7. Engine: Must be for make and model of chassis, engine must sit in OEM factory stock location, NO set back motors!!! MUST RUN MUFFLERS!

8. Heads: RHS Heads, world product #4360 or #4361, Pro top line #2237694167T or 2236794176T, old double hump heads (with 1.94/1.50 valves) factory stock heads, OPEN CHAMBER only.
EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE APPROVED HEADS, 194/150 valves only NO 2.02, No vortec, milling of heads OK, 3 angle valve job OK, no pocket blending, NO porting, NO gasket matching or any grinding on head except to deck surface or cut valve seats
No swirl cut valves, No under cut valves, Valves must be stock length i.e 11/32 diameter. No angle milling of heads.
OPTIONS: valve covers, windage tray, cam button, air filter, oil pan, four bolt blocks OK, aluminum pulleys, pushrods, stud girdle, Polly Locks, timing chain and gear (NO gear drive or belt drive), rod bolts, blueprint and balancing OK.

9. Valve train: any hydraulic flat tappet cam, anti pump up lifters OK, aftermarket pushrods OK, 1.250 maximum diameter valve springs, screw in studs OK. Polylocks OK, stud girdle OK, 1.50 or 1.52 stock OEM or 1.5 aluminum roller rockers optional.

10. Pistons: 2 eyebrow cast or forged (must have factory stock pin height), at no point can piston protrude above block deck, floated pin OK.

11. Rods: any steel I-beam rod, must be factory stock length for make of engine being used, no 6 inch rods in Chevy 350 etc. floating pin OK, after market rod bolts OK. NO H-Beams!

12. Crankshaft: any steel or forged factory stock or aftermarket crankshaft OK, no knife edge, No lightened cranks, balancing OK, Minimum weight 48lbsNO TOLERANCE. No cross drilling of crankshaft.

13. Exhaust: headers OK, must run parallel to ground. Must have mufflers. Over rail headers ok.

14. Carburetor: may run any Q-jet, 4412 Holley, 1850 Holley single line, vac. Secondary, max. carb adapter not to exceed 1 ½ including gaskets, may run center hug float bowls, may not run secondary metering block, may run rear jet plate, may run fuel log. No carb hats or cold air boxes, removal of choke butterfly and shaft OK, changing of jets OK, changing of power valve OK, No other modifications will be allowed, No electric fuel pumps.

15. Ignition: Factory stock hei or you may use aftermarket hei dist. Must be stock appearing, No small MSD dist. Or MSD boxes, super coil OK.

16. Clutch: any factory stock OEM or factory stock replacement, (No finger disc), 10.5 min diameter, any finger or diaphragm pressure plate, Z28 flywheel OK. STEEL BELLHOUSING IS MANDATORY IN THIS CLASS!!!! 40lbs minimum for clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel.

17. Brakes: Must have stock type brakes, NO right front shut off, may run aftermarket pedal and master cylinder assemblies (No bias adjusters or racing calipers allowed) Must be steel.

18. Radiator: any radiator in stock location.

19. Transmission: any factory stock transmission, must have all gears working, does not have to have linkage hooked up. Automatics must run full size torque converter. No torque converter eliminators allowed.

20. Driveshaft: steel only, must be painted white. Must have safety hoop.

21. Rear end: interchanging of rear ends, gear ratios, must be fully locked at all times. No quick changes, no ratchet assemblies, No aluminum tubes, 9 inch floater Ok strut cars factory torque arm only it must be mounted solid and non adjustable No J-bars, only factory style track bar will be allowed. May slot upper trailing arm or shorten stock upper trailing arms a max. of ¾ of and inch to set rear pinion angle.

22. Wheels and Tires: 8 inch steel wheels only, tires 8 inch wide, must be track approved, optional 10 inch right front steel wheel and tire, tire must be track approved, minimum ½ inch stud and nuts required for safety, 5/8 inch preferred.

23. Fuel cell: MANDATORY, must pass safety tech. racing gas OK.

24. Safety regulations: all cars and drivers must meet and pass all NFS safety regulations, modifications to wheel bearings for safety Ok, must be track approved.
